Kristin Shanks

Felix Rosenwasser   
Executive Director

Felix Rosenwasser has almost 20 years’ managerial experience with Non-profit organizations, including 16 with Senior Living communities. He has been President and CEO of Arbor Glen CCRC (Bridgewater, NJ), CFO of Navesink Harbor CCRC (Red Bank, NJ), CFO and Deputy Director of the New York Foundation for the Arts and A.R.T. New York.

Mr. Rosenwasser achieved tax-exempt financing for both Navesink and the A.R.T. New York. As Vice President of Business Planning and Analysis, Mr. Rosenwasser completed feasibility studies for existing communities and acquisitions at American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW, Pleasanton, CA).

Mr. Rosenwasser holds a C. Phil. from Odessa State University and dual master’s degrees MS in Finance and Mechanical Engineering from Odessa Polytechnic University (Ukraine). He holds Master’s Certificates in Senior Care Management and Leadership from Rutgers University, NJ. Mr. Rosenwasser is a recipient of Excellence in Leadership award from Leading Age NJ.



Dana Olson

Dana Olson   

Dana supports the spiritual life at Ingleside at Rock Creek: caring for residents, leading interfaith studies, organizing and leading worship services and inviting guest leaders. She helps residents connect with their religious traditions, values, and what's meaningful to them. Dana graduated from Ripon College and Wesley Theological Seminary, in-between she worked at nonprofits and volunteered in Guatemala for a year. She completed her chaplain residency at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in DC. Dana and her husband, Zeke, enjoy going on adventures with their dog, Daisy.



David Binkley

David Binkley   
Plant Operations Director

David Binkley is a Plant Operations and Emergency Management Director, and Security Professional whose background includes 20 years of Program/Operation Management, Consulting, and Adult Education.

Prior to joining Ingleside, Mr. Binkley was the Senior Instructor for Constellis, who is the leading provider in risk management, humanitarian, social intelligence, training and operational support services to government and commercial clients throughout the world.

After an Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps, Mr. Binkley continued his Emergency Management and Security education through F.E.M.A. and various government contractors.



Kiersten Parsons

Christopher Goldman   
Director of Life Enrichment

Chris Goldman, is a health and wellness professional with many years of valuable and varied experience. Chris has worked with adults, adolescents, and collegiate, professional, Para-Olympic and Olympic Athletes. His career began as a Certified Athletic Trainer in high schools, physical therapy departments and working with wheelchair sports teams. This evolved into serving the members of Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives Members Wellness Center, where he became the Assistant Director. Chris also served as Program Manager for the fitness center at the International Monetary Fund before becoming the Fitness Manager at Ingleside at Rock Creek. As Director of Life Enrichment, Chris will prioritize customer service while empowering people to achieve success in wellness and life.



Kiersten Parsons

Stephanie Cora, MBA   
Director of Dining Services

Stephanie Cora graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.  After completing her education, Stephanie moved to the United States to pursue her career.  She has worked for Ingleside since 2013 and is currently the Director of Dining Services at Ingleside at Rock Creek after having previously worked at Ingleside at King Farm as the Dining Room Manager.  She also has experience in the hospitality field after having worked for World Disney World Resort and American Cruise Lines.  Stephanie is known for her “can-do” attitude and her community engagement.  She enjoys her work at Ingleside because it gives her the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for the residents, families, and staff.



Kristin Shanks

Steve Noel   
Director of Sales

Steve is a sales, marketing, and operations executive with 20+ years of experience in the senior living and healthcare arenas, which includes experience from early construction to established Life Plan Communities. Most recently, he served as a Sales and Marketing Consultant for Glynn Devins, a national sales and marketing firm that focuses exclusively on the senior living industry. Steve has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Averett University and a Masters Degree in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University / Medical College of Virginia. He is also a certified Residential Healthcare Quality Manager from the Quality Management Institute and is a licensed administrator in Virginia and Pennsylvania through Penn State - York.
