Ingleside at Rock Creek offers a non-refundable, 50% refundable and 100% refundable Life Care Residence and Care Agreement, as well as a Fee for Service Agreement. The monthly service fee includes: one meal daily in the dining room, weekly housekeeping, maintenance of your home and grounds, all utilities (except telephone and cable TV), indoor parking, local shuttle transportation and diverse programming of recreational, social and educational activities.
